Steve Sala

Mr. Sala graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in finance and a minor in economics. His background encompasses all aspects of finance including time spent as CFO and Board Director for Skaggs Companies, Inc., President of S Four Enterprises, Inc., and CFO of Santa Fe Partners. His experience also includes a long banking career with the likes of JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and First Interstate Bank. During his tenure at First Interstate Bank, he oversaw numerous divisions in Utah and California. He has worked as a consultant and advisor to numerous local, closely-held small businesses.

Mr. Sala founded the consulting firm, SFE Advisors, where he managed the problem assets and commercial lending groups of multiple institutions whose assets exceed $6 billion. He has served in executive and CEO capacities for conserved financial institutions in addition to providing services as an expert witness for the U.S. Department of Justice in criminal trials. Additionally, he has served as CLO and CEO for an Oregon and Arizona financial institution responsible for workout and restructure of their commercial loan portfolios. He is a past board member with the Utah Bankers Association and has been actively involved with numerous charitable organizations. As President, Mr. Sala oversees all strategic, financial, and operational functions of the bank.

Boyd Hunter
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Hunter is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Arts and Master's degrees in Accounting from Utah State University. Prior to joining TAB Bank, he worked for eight years with Ernst & Young in that firm's financial audit division and later became the Manager of the Salt Lake City Technology and Security Risk Services (TSRS) practice for Ernst & Young.

Mr. Hunter has also taught upper level accounting and information system courses at Utah State University. He has been the CFO of TAB Bank since 2004 and the COO since 2014. He participates in the strategic functions of the bank as well as oversees and directs all operations and personnel related to accounting, finance, information technology, project management, cash management, and deposit and card operations. Mr. Hunter has been active with several charity organizations including many community groups and local schools.

Jan Allen Ackley
Chief Lending Officer

Mr. Ackley's banking experience includes over 24 years in the asset-based lending arena with Comerica Bank, Key Bank, LaSalle Bank/Bank of America, Provident Bank, and First Bank. His roles were primarily focused on commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions financing, working capital revolving lines of credit, equipment finance, real estate, and treasury management services. During his career, he has been responsible for the financing of a multitude of companies around the United States in a variety of industries.

Mr. Ackley is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. In addition, he is a 12-year veteran of the United State Air Force and Ohio Air National Guard. As Chief Lending Officer, Mr. Ackley oversees the loan portfolios for TAB's A/R Financing, Asset-Based Lending, Equipment Finance, and Equipment Leasing operations.

Curt Queyrouze
Chief Credit Officer

Prior to joining TAB Bank, Mr. Queyrouze amassed over 30 years of commercial finance and commercial banking experience. His career has included various credit, sales, and portfolio management positions in asset-based lending, factoring, corporate banking, oil and gas finance, real estate lending, financial institutions, healthcare finance, and middle market lending. Previous roles include Senior Vice President/Director of Loss Mitigation for Whitney Bank where he managed the resolution of a multi-billion dollar problem loan portfolio. He also previously served as Division Credit Executive for PNC Business Credit and as Chief Operating Officer of The Receivables Exchange, playing a critical role in the launch of this internet based, factoring auction platform.

Mr. Queyrouze holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. He has also taught many classes on financial analysis, cash flow analysis, loan structuring, and workout strategies. He has served in many volunteer leadership positions for non-profit organizations advocating arts and humanities and disease awareness and prevention. As Chief Credit Officer, Mr. Queyrouze oversees all personnel and functions as it relates to the bank's credit, underwriting, and legal processes.

Justin Gordon
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Mr. Gordon joined TAB Bank in 1999 in a sales capacity and soon became the bank's National Sales Director providing direction for TAB's business development efforts and supervising TAB's inside and outside sales teams. Mr. Gordon has over 14 years experience in providing leveraged asset-based lending and factoring credit facilities to small and middle-market companies from a wide array of industries. During his tenure at TAB, he has successfully developed and managed regional and national sales origination teams. As a results-oriented strategic leader he has developed a track record of driving incremental revenue growth as well as maximizing total profitability contributions while maintaining exceptional client relationships and minimizing risk.

As Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing, Mr. Gordon provides leadership and direction for the bank's revenue growth, business development, and marketing strategies.
