Curt Queyrouze

Prior to joining TAB Bank, Mr. Queyrouze amassed over 30 years of commercial finance and commercial banking experience. His career has included various credit, sales, and portfolio management positions in asset-based lending, factoring, corporate banking, oil and gas finance, real estate lending, financial institutions, healthcare finance, and middle marketing lending. Previous roles include Senior Vice President/Director of Loss Mitigation for Whitney Bank where he managed the resolution of a multi-billion dollar problem loan portfolio. He has also previously served as Division Credit Executive for PNC Business Credit and as Chief Operating Officer of The Receivable Exchange, playing a critical role in the launch of this internet-based, factoring auction platform.

Mr. Queyrouze holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. He has also taught many classes on financial analysis, cash flow analysis, loan structuring, and workout strategies. He has served in many volunteer leadership positions for non-profit organizations advocating arts and humanities and disease awareness and prevention. As President, Mr. Queyrouze oversees all strategic, financial, credit, and operational functions of the bank.

Boyd Hunter
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hunter is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Arts and Master's degrees in Accounting from Utah State University. Prior to joining TAB Bank, he worked for eight years with Ernst & Young in that firm's financial audit division and later became the Manager of the Salt Lake City Technology and Security Risk Services (TSRS) practice for Ernst & Young.

Mr. Hunter has also taught upper level accounting and information systems courses at Utah State University. As CFO of TAB Bank he participates in the strategic functions of the bank as well as oversees and directs all operations and personnel related to accounting, finance, information technology, and cash management. Mr. Hunter has been active with several charity organizations including many community groups and local schools.

Justin Gordon
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Gordon joined TAB Bank in 1999 in a sales capacity and soon became the bank's National Sales Director providing direction for TAB's business development efforts and supervising TAB's inside and outside sales teams. Mr. Gordon has over 17 years experience in providing leveraged asset-based lending and factoring credit facilities to small and middle-market companies from a wide array of industries. During his tenure at TAB, he has successfully developed and managed regional and national sales origination teams. As a results-oriented strategic leader he has developed a track record of driving incremental revenue growth as well as maximizing total profitability contributions while maintaining exceptional client relationships and minimizing risk.

As Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing, Mr. Gordon provides leadership and direction for the bank's revenue growth, business development, and marketing strategies.

Susan Hostetter
Vice President, Human Resources

Mrs. Hostetter joined TAB Bank in 2014. She is a Human Resources professional with over 22 years of a broad background of experience in all areas of HR management. Specialties include developing strategic initiatives to create an environment to be recognized as a best place to work. Additional specialties also include HR advising, communication, recruiting, and retention. She possesses extensive experience in the fields of banking, commercial finance, insurance, hotel and resort, finance, collections, and call center HR servicing.

Mrs. Hostetter is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degrees. She participates in the strategic functions of the bank and oversees and directs all operations and initiatives related to HR.

Michael Palmer
Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance

Mr. Palmer is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager. Prior to his experience at TAB Bank, Mr. Palmer spent 13 years at Wells Fargo, the last ten being spent in regulatory compliance roles focusing on international BSA/AML compliance as well as mortgage and consumer lending regulations. Mr. Palmer holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing from Utah State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He oversees and directs all operations and personnel as it relates to TAB Bank's risk management, compliance, and regulatory functions.
